I know what you mean! You can't simply decide not to print a book in a popular series. They clearly don't have Isobelle's or her fan's best interests in mind. Yup, you can't purchase it. Pretty sure it looked up the IP to my email address when trying to create an account and it wouldn't let me purchase it without an account.
So you can't purchase the Penguin edition through the Penguin website meisje - does it block you from doing so?
Random House not releasing it is purely the decision of Random House - particularly when it's available through its publisher direct as an eBook already. I say ditch Random House and get a copy of the Penguin version no matter what happens - I wouldn't want to be giving Random House a cut after all the garbage they've put fans and Isobelle herself through.

I'm not really good with all that amazing computer talk, lol, I just know I talked to Random House and they made it very clear when it would be available. They shouldn't try to pass it off as Isobelle's fault when it is just the publishers >.<
I tried the bookish one first and it disabled the add to cart button with a disclaimer about author/publisher having put restrictions on the item. Forgot to try Penguin, and yeah, scripts not allowed so it won't even add to the cart so not really tested for that site.
...because if there's a restriction on people getting this purely because of Random House - I'm sure I won't be the only angry person...
