You beat me to it Darga.
My Update: Target 10000
300 words
500
650
750
850
900
3400
6000
6500
6650
9650
10000
Uni stuff: 1500 essay. It's words!
plus about 12000 words of notes and essay ideas.
Edit: I've decided to give myself a target. I'm only aiming for small daily word counts though as I still have uni and RL to be a pain.
Edit: Now that I have passed my target word count, thanks to the awesomeness that is the Oberno Write-in, I guess I have to update it. So new goal will be 10,000 words. (I think I need more Write-ins)
Yay I'm participating again this year. Only going to try for 10,000 this summer though since I didn't make my 20,000 goal last year.
Huzzah for new OberNoWriSu participants! Good luck with your 10,000 words, Araleen.
[act]shakes fist[/act] Now I actually have to do things!
But other than peoples word counts that need to be updates, this looks great so far, Darga. But I think you should definitely put your own name on that list so that you make sure that chapter still gets edited, missy! I don't care if its officially for OberWri or not, you have more pressure to get it done than us :P
It'll get done. Relax. I'm a control freak and get twitchy if I don't meet my deadlines. Plenty of time.
Glad it's already proving motivational :D.

That is made of so many kinds of awesome that I lost count half way through. It's fantastic! I need to start sharing my actual word counts now, don't I? And start writing a lot more, too. It's just great to see it all laid out like that.
Thanks so much for doing this, Darga!
UPDATE: I've combined my projects to give myself a word target in an attempt to save your spreadsheet-making sanity. :)
OML, totally agree with what everyone has said so far. I am such a nerd for keeping track of my words, because it motivates me… and you've now made column graphs and line graphs and EVERYTHING EPIC. Thank you for all your efforts! So excited by this!!!!
Thank you for being so talented and awesome, Darga!
That's so cool Darga! Thanks for all the hard work!!!
*drum roll* The current grand Obernet writing total for the 2013/2014 OberNoWriSu period is 37,463 words!
ARE YOU EXCITED?? I'M EXCITED!! (and I'm not even participating :P.)
Thought that Friday the 13th, being such a lucky day, was a good day to update everyone on their wonderful progress :).
Keep at it, peeps.
OH Wow! Amazing Darga! I this might motivate a few people [act]cough[/act]me[act]cough[/act]

That's wonderful. Love being part of such a talented community
That's incredible! I wonder how quickly we can get to 50,000?
Hi all!
I may well regret this, but I'm in. However, I'm going to bend the rules if that's okay. I like reading novels, but I have absolutely no interest, let alone patience, for writing one myself. I prefer the shorter format - poetry, short stories, vignettes.
So for this, I'll pledge to write 10,000 words total in some combination of poems, vignettes and short stories (may end up being only one or two of those formats) by the end of February.
Sounds great, Firefox. Looking forward to reading some of your work!

Welcome AF. Nice to see you back on the boards.
Welcome to the awesomeness that is OberNoWriSu! It's a bit different from NaNoWriMo in that there's no obligation to write a novel - the aim is just to write. I think there are quite a few of us who are using various projects to head towards a word target, so you're in good company. :)
Good luck with your OberNo goal - I'm looking forward to seeing how you go.
Ladies and gents - the combined Obernet writing total has exceed 61,000 words.
Awesome work - keep it up!
Celebration times!

Nice work, everyone! We've achieved a serious degree of awesomeness after just three weeks. Now let's take it to new levels... :D
Well Christmas is over, guys. [act]waves cattleprod[/act]

Based on word counts provided, Le Spreadshette is now sitting at 74,500 combined Obernet words! 100k beckons - write, people, WRITE!
Oh, and to bring out your competitive natures - Katie has leaped ahead in the graph tracking percentage of total word count done, with Jossie just a few percent behind. Who can catch these two fearsome ladies?
