'As sooon as he felt me, the farseeker opened his mind to permit me access to the synapses and nerves that would enable me to see through his eyes.

Dimly I watched Brydda approach. The big man's face looked slightly less battered than usual and it took me a moment to realise Matthew's hero worship of the older man was colouring his view. If I took over his sight, I would see Brydda clearly. Or rather, I would see him as I saw him. Intrigued by this thought, I wondered how much my own view was shaped by my emotions...'

Remember when Elspeth first used her talent to look through Matthew's eyes, and we got to glimpse the amazing world that has become a safe haven to so many of us through someone else point of view?
Well now is your chance to recreate the magical event for us all! Your task is to draw a scene or event from the Obernewtyn Chronicles through the eyes of another. See the heroes and villains that make up Matthew's world, or the bleak view that clouds poor Domick's life, or maybe even the harsh desert through the eyes of a fierce Sadorian mother.
When composing your picture, put yourself in the shoes of your character. For example, in the above excerpt we are told that Matthew tends to see the world as heroes or villains. Do you think the animals see things as essences or as spirits? Or how about someone with impaired sight? We're interested in your interpretation and it's up to you how you choose to portray your subject matter!
