Aside from the fact that iam terrified the books will be mutilated by a bad movie, this is my cast (Iam not sure if its for a particular book or not)
Elspeth- Liv Tyler or Cate Blanchett (not really sure about them)
Rushton- Viggo Mortenson
Matthew- that person who plays anakin in star wars
Dameon- Ive always imagined Dameon as tall, pale and blonde and i cant think of anyone fitting.
Zarak- Elijah wood
It's going to be Lord of the Rings all over again :P
Hmm, Viggo, Liv and Cate are all too old me thinks, but I think Hayden Christianson would be a good Matthew, but I think they need someone sort of more stern...or something for Zarak..*shrugs*

Hmmm very interesting that you view the obercron characters as older people PolgaraGilan. I think it's great how many different variations of a story peoples minds can come up with.
You know who I always would be good at playing Ariel? Muccoly Kulkin (I have absolutely no idea how to spell that guys name, in case you didn't notice :P) Something about him seems evil enough to play...not to mention he looks just like he did millions of years ago when he did home alone :P
Machaley Culcin? Who knows how to spell it!! He's out of those movies where his house get's broken into on christmas, isn't he? He's actually pretty good. The only problem I have with him is that he looks too childish. He has that creepy smile, but I just don't think he'd be convincing.
And Sharae...that is actually A RELLY GOOD choice!! I never thought of her! She's roughly the same age, isn't she?? Looks really similar to some of the book covers, and also Emily Browning (so Mim might be on your side!). That's actually really good! *pats you on the back for awesomnness*
Macaulay Culkin
Thank you IMDB.
I think he would actually do Airiel well- the babyface would work too coz Airiel is always supposed to look so angelic..
