It is necessary that, while at the moon, Gadfia, Tipoda, Chinon, Uropa, and Mericanda – but not Gadfia due to cultural differences that stop them from sending mail to begin with – postage should cost more than 235mullah (which is of course the currency of the day) if the item being sent happens to be a book which is a forbidden text, as it is written in the ‘Laws of the Righteous and Forward Thinking Men of the Day’ that all postage workers are greedy and therefore will accept bribes.
