one shiny guild point for their participation. As a special celebration for the 10th anniversary of Moonfair, the awards this year will have a special theme. Which Awards are Available? There is a list each year of awards but don't feel limited to that, feel free to come up with an award name of your own. To help you, here is the list of the previous awards: - 2011 awards. - 2010 awards. - 2009 awards. - 2008 awards. - 2007 awards. Got some more ideas? Send them in! Whether it be for helping out, RPGing, greatest Rushton/Mathew/Elspeth/etc shipper, or anything else around the site, if you think someone deserves an award for it then nominate them. Just remember this is supposed to be fun for all. How does the Naming of Awards Work? You will notice some of the awards have a name in front of them. The names are those that won those awards last year and have become that awards namesake. For example, Lioness won the Dolorosa's 'Dedicated Organiser' Award in 2009 so it then became the Lioness' 'Dedicated Organiser' Award which was won by Cat-Eyes in 2010. So for 2011 that award is now named Cat-Eyes' 'Dedicated Organiser' Award. Visit the complete list of renamed awards for 2012, so that you know what to vote for, here: 2012 Obernewtyn Awards - Potential List Please try not to vote for the same winner as last year. Winners from last year are encouraged to nominate a new owner for the awards they were named after last year. So get your thinking caps on and when you've thought about the obernetters and which awards you would like to nominate each of them for, PM the Moonfairy. Be sure to get your entry in before the 15th of August 2012. Any questions? Ask below.
