Maruman 3 - not bad! And I think your Rushton 2 - might work - if he had looked a little older! LOL.
That's the problem with Rushton for me - he's only in his early twenties in the series (19 in Obernewtyn, of course), so can't look too old - but on the other hand, he has this air of 'mature far beyond his years' about him - at least to me he has. Many of these young actors don't have enough presence imo, so wouldn't work for me.
This image-game is strangely addictive, though! I love to look at all your suggestions, all the casting threads - all these different takes on the characters, it's lovely, and so inspiring in a way. I don't think I actually would want a movie made, but it's so much fun to see how the characters might look 'in real life'!
I've actually tried to come up with a Rusthon candidate myself - but haven't been able to find any yet...
I've debated whether a movie would be okay or not and I think that it would be best in a TV show maybe. 45 minute episodes would give a lot more time to show all the wonder.
Not bad, Meisje. I wouldn't mind knowing the names of some of these actors so that we can compare past performances with the roles you're putting them in. I recognized some of the faces, but not all.
Though I do highly approve of Jason Momoa as Brydda. It's funny I hadn't thought of him before, but he really would be excellent in that role.
I have a lot of editing to do on this. Size, names, IMDB etc. I will try to get it all done soon. I also have a few to add.
