Once upon a time, many years ago (it's actually concerning just how many years ago it was) a documentary aired on the ABC; "The Making of Walking with Dinosaurs". In this documentary, one of the animators had a device that allowed him to input data to the computer using something that looked like a pen and eleven year old me said: "What is that? I must have one!" O_O /:(
It may have taken a long time, but last weekend this dream was realised! :D
So, naturally, I drew a stegosaurus.
[strike]I don't care if the dude was probably actually working on an allosaurus at the time, stegosauruses are cooler.[/strike]
Anyways, next I coloured in this pic I drew in my sketch book and was very pleased with myself, concluding that maybe I could draw after all.
[strike]colouring is my favourite thing ever, I am such a three year old[/strike]
But then I decided to colour this in ([strike]its a young justice thing, but you should ignore that because I'm telling a story[/strike] :P ), which worked pretty well until I got to the people in it. I swear I spent as long on their faces as the rest of it all together - and Bart's head still
looks weird. [sub]Also, Bart's arms are too long and Jaime's are too short, but shhhhhhh.[/sub]
So in conclusion, I still can't draw, but the tablet makes everything look better than it would have otherwise and I'm having lots of fun! :D
*[strike]There was also some doodling of red curls in there somewhere.[/strike]
**[strike]Yes, this took me all weekend.[/strike]
