Rachel, a dancer, went home to her small house after finishing dancing for work at a bar. It was later at night. That morning, she had bought flour at a mill by a rye field. She sometimes liked to walk in that rye field with her neighbour Roger. Roger was a royal, a prince. He lived in a small house too. He wanted to live free for a while. That morning he had gone to talk to a dragon, a ferocious dragon. When he reached the dragon's cave, the dragon snarled ferociously. Roger hid in fear of the dragon attacking. The dragon was grumpy from being woken up. The dragon bellowed "Who wakes me?" Roger plucked up some courage, and replied "It is I, Prince Roger." The dragon yawned and said "Alright, I am awake. What is it?" The dragon was no longer grumpy. Roger spoke "So I meet a grumpy dragon. I see my failing. I came too early in the morning." The dragon replied "Well yes, I had a late night. I was flying in the rain. I cherish the wild freedom of flying in the rain." Roger replied "I see. I understand. I will try this wisdom for myself." "Yes. You will find truth in it." "I believe you. I have come to ask, where can I find amethyst? I want to have a ring made for me." The dragon said "Follow me. I will show you."
This is interesting, Fuil. Seems like rather a classic fairy tale.
I take it is this is a short story you're developing?
I am writing a novel story. This would introduce characters at the start or near the start of the story. I actually is like a fairytale, I had not thought of that. It is good to behold it.
I am happy you find it interesting.
