I watch a lot of the same channels as you Daniel, I really don't know which of us wins the prize for "life most overtaken by you tube", but hey, time on youtube is better spent than time on tv :P
Here are some that I watch:
Carrie Hope FletcherAnyone who watches Charlie or Alex Day probably already knows who Carrie is, but anyways. Carrie's a musician, but her channel isn't all music, most of her videos are her talking about something she's passionate about or playing some game or quiz with one or two of her friends. She's a really positive person and her videos always put me in a good mood. :)
Plus, viewership comes with the right to refer to oneself as a 'hopeful' which is always cool.
Bryarly BishopAgain, probably know who she is already. Very similar to Carrie in terms of format, but less music oriented still because of the style of musician she is.
(And if you like Charlie or Alex and don't know who Bryarly or Carrie are, you should really check their channels out because they're great and you'll probably like them)
Kevin GisiKevin's videos are a mixture of musical entertainment, comedy and discussions about interesting topics. His videos remind me a lot of the Vlogbrothers, but it's less..."explainy". By which I mean, that Hank and John are great at breaking complex topics into simple points and presenting them interestingly, but Kevin's approach is more along the lines of ranting, or exploring something by allowing us to follow his train of thought. Highly recommend.

Angelina's videos are, again, mostly talking about interesting ideas in a more discussy, less explainy kind of format. There's not really a major theme, but she's done some philosophical-esque/feminist/social justice stuff, some 'hey a thing happened' type stuff, she's an artist and there's sometimes art videos.
Ismahawk Short action/superhero films. Doesn't update often, but it's good when it does. Watch the Nightwing one. Seriously,
watch it.
EmmablackeryVery similar in - tone? Genre I suppose would be a better word - to Alex Day's stuff, but higher production values and general care factor. Also, she does costume theatre like you may have seen in the Lizzie Bennet Diaries.
Lizzie Bennet DiariesP&P done with video blogs. Story is done now, but you should go and watch it anyway.
Pemberly Digital/Welcome to SanditionSequel to the Lizzie Bennet Diaries, based on another of Jane Austen's books.
Jack vs LifeThis ones kind of weird, basically summed up as irregular updates from a guy living in a disused office building (legally). It's interesting though.
AVByteThey make musicals every single week! :D
PBS Idea ChannelDude brings up an interesting topic, talks about it a bit, then you get to discuss it with people in the comments. The only downside is the number of people you get spouting pseudo science >.>
ConvosWith2YrOld"Conversations with my two year old daughter as re-enacted by myself
and another full grown man" Needless to say, this is hilarious.
Jason SpisakVoice actor who does stuff relevant to his roles. In the (sadly unlikely) event you ever watch Young Justice or Green Lantern the Animated Series, you should a) tell me so I can fan girl with you and b)subscribe to this channel because he's done several videos in character and they are hilarious.
AgentXPQ"Tales of mere existence" told with drawing instead of someone talking at you! :D
Occasionally depressing.
AweMeChannelA pair of guys who take it in turns. One makes epic chalk drawings and the other makes recreations of weapons from fandom. As in, properly. As in,
he made a potentially lethal key sword.
Film RiotKind of like a how-to channel for film effects. I am
never going to need to know this. Still cool.
Think about the inkDiscusses comics as well as tv and film adaptions of comics.
Feminist FrequencyAnalyses media for feminist/sexist tropes and messages.
