random though but i think the guy who plays Emmet in Twilight would do great as Domick. Though i never really seem to be on track with my picturing of characters :P he would just do the "i'm a spy with inner conflicts" face so well ;D
...I fail to see how that picture appears (even slightly) emo. Because he has dark hair and a dark jacket? I'm not sure that quite makes the cut for emo.
Have any of you watched the BBC documentary called Beethoven. I think the guy (I've forgotten who he is) who plays the young Beethoven might look a bit like Rushton (if he broods) except that he has dark eyes and Rushton has green.
I Think of Rushton as being a lot like min's prince Casian(Ben Barnes) with a tiny bit curlier hair and a nose more like Sam witwer. Sam witwer wood b a pretty good rushton I think. With longer.
A lot if the people suggested are much too old to be Rushton. He's suposed to be about 19 in the first one. Need to find some younger people.
while i dont picture him so much like this in the book (because I have my own image in my head) I think the closest look-alike to me would be Henry Cavill in I captured the castle especially in Obernewtyn and then more how he looks in second season to Tudors in TSK.
I 100% agree with arielli about Craig Horner! In fact, I was going to suggest him when I saw that I had already been beaten to it!
To me, he's young enough to pull off a 19 year old, his eyes are dark but he could wear green contacts, and in Legend of the Seeker, he pulls off the brooding-lovesick character pretty well.
I just love him!
I agree.
hes a good actor and could do the role well i think
I feel that Orlando is too pretty actually . . . though I'd definitely say he has the right kind of hair :)
We should get a few contestants and have a competition like the BotY. That'd be cool. Go Orlando! ;P

He's certainly got the brooding look happening. I like your choice Frankie
[act]grumbles[/act] I don't think Orlando Bloom's a very good actor.

I don't think he is very good as an actor either Aoife, and I don't find him attractive.
I think he is fashionable attractive. I wouldn't say he's a bad actor, but he ain't a great one either.
I absolutely agree with Sionainn. That's the only thing that would make people consider him as Rushton.

He looks kinda farm boyish in the second pic...but man, I've gotta say, Rushton = Ben Barnes has grown on me... ALOT.
Even though James McAvoy is full of droolworthiness in hsi own sense too.
Actually, James McAvoy could be a really good Dameon? :D Or even a Domick? Yes... him and spying as a Council man just seem to go together really well.
I also can picture him as Matthew.
Gosh he's so versatile :P
But seriously man, we need Rushton AND Dameon to be hotties, otherwise, if only Rushie was hot, then Dameo would seriously have NO CHANCE.

Arien - if James McAvoy was Rushton...I think I'd have to convert from a Dameon to Rushton supporter 8-| he's just...brilliant!
(sorry, I realise we're talking about looks here, and not a movie cast ~:| but just wanted to say my piece)

James McAvoy looks very innocent sometimes and a bit too clean faced. Broody Rushton is done better with Ben Barnes I think.
I like the hair on Jason Baher or what ever his name his....I love it!!!
i reallllly like ben barnes!
I really think the actor who plays Emmet would suit Domick, as well! Like, perfectly! :D
Orlando Bloom- Bleh, way too soft-looking to be Rushton. I always imagined Rushie as a tough guy who isn't afraid to get dirty- Orlando does NOT suit him.
Dave McAvoy- One of my favourite actors, but I still don't think he's masculine enough to fit Rushie's description. I reckon he'd be more suited to Daffyd, Matthew or Dames.
