The woman who began the Reichler Clinic in the Beforetime, believing that mental abilities were the next step in human evolution and not a defect.
Teknoguildmaster Garth announced she was Tipodan. May or may not have been a Misfit herself, though it is skirted over in The Keeping Place that she may have foreseen the Great White.
Possibly an ancestor of Rushton's - though he didn't believe so, convinced the name was taken up during the Age of Chaos.
Notes:
'Hannah' is a name of Hebrew origin meaning 'grace'.
