| As the rickety carriage rattled on, Ana thought about her new life which was coming closer by the minute. It was a rather humid day, with miserable clouds hiding away the blue sky, golden beams vainly trying to peek through the dense clouds. She had learnt that where she was going was a refuge for Misfits, that there were more of them and that the person who had attacked her was someone called a Herder. Herders had a powerful influence on many people. Creakily, the carriage came to a halt and Ana stepped carefully outside, transfixed by the dull grey building that loomed before her like a dark cloud. "Never judge a book by its cover," she whispered, then began to stroll towards her new life. |
