Well, I can't find a Veronica Mars thread, so I decided to start one!
I know this show is pretty popular around here, so hopefully we'll be able to have a discussion about it.
This is my favourite TV show of all time. I love the witty dialogue and the intriguing story-lines. Season 3 went a bit down-hill for me, but I still loved it anyway. :)
I've just finished re-watching Season 1 and Season 2. It's the first time I've seen the end of Season 2, because I missed it when it was on TV and then I couldn't find it anywhere...
So I have a few questions, if people don't mind. :)
Why was Lucky stalking the Mayor? Was it because of the whole paedophilia thing? But what did Lucky have to do with that?
And I take it that the Masons were never caught, and that they continued to emotionally torment their youngest child? That's just wrong. :-{
I loved the ending - I didn't see it coming at all. That whole scene on the roof was perfect.
I've heard some rumours about a possible movie set in Neptune... I really hope this is true - a movie would be great! :D
Anyway, does anyone else love this series as well?
Lucky was molested by the mayor when he was a kid in little league and it messed him up for life.
I love VM but i like to pretend that season 3 never happened because it was terrible and the final episode was pathetic. I liked season 1 the most.
Iris - AGREED. I like to pretend, in fact, that season 2 ended at about episode 20. I didn't really like episode 21, and as for the season 2 finale ...
Season 1, on the other hand, was amazing. Great storyline, great actors, great everything.
I kinda wish that Veronica Mars had been a one season show - it could have burst onto the scene, been really amazing, and then gone out while still on top.

I haven't watched the second half of 3. I keep putting off watching the rest of it because it was making me miserable for some reason and I'd loved season 1 so much. I'm with Kat - I wish they'd stopped there. It's not that they did a bad job with season 2, it's just that nothing could be as compelling and intense as the season 1 plot arc. 2 and 3 are pale shadows of the original.
Maybe I should go watch the rest of 3 so I can read what's under the spoiler tags in this post. :)
Lol our spoiler tags relate to season 2 so you are safe :)
saw the trailer the other night, super excited xD
I am so excited as well!!! I loved this series. So sad that it ended.

So who's watched the movie? I watched it last weekend. I liked it, it was just like a long episode. And I felt it added a bit of closure to the series.
I liked it :D it was such a nice reunion, so much nostalgia~
I loved it. So much Mac and Veronisass and LoVe and Mars Family Time.
I felt kinda eh about the movie, to be honest. It wasn't bad, but I don't think it had quite the right feel about it, and I found the 'oh no, will she take the job in NY and stay with the BF or Logan??' subplot to be really badly cliche and not that well handled.
But it was great seeing everyone again. :D
I really enjoyed it because LOGAN AND VERONICA
Enjoyed the movie, pre-ordered the book - and read it immediately :)
We need more LoVe in our lives!

I'm late to join, but I have to agree with what a lot of people have said - season 1 was superb, and then season 2 took a bit of a dip but that season finale got to me. You don't realise just how Keith and Veronica's relationship is so important to you until you realise he may or may not be around!
I am into season 3, and am already starting to lose interest, which is a shame!
Oh and I thought I hated the theme song in the first and second season, but when the new crappy weirdo version for season three played and I desperately wanted the old version back!
