So, after this mornings dreams, I've worked something out: When it comes to killing Zombies, decapitation WILL NOT WORK! Instead, you should be stabbing them with pointy wooden objects....multiple times.
Anyone else think my brain got it's urban myths mixed up? I do too.
But that's how we roll at my house. Taking on wave after wave of pasty un-dead with fence posts, sticks and pencils all sharpened either with a knife or a sharpener (because apparently a pencil taped onto the end of a stick is a Zombies worst nightmare...)
Besides the Zombies themselves, the scary part was the fact that it was night time, and they kept appearing from the darkness faster than anyone could keep up with. And I've got to say, it's not that easy trying to get the pointy end of a stick into a rampaging Zombie, dream or no dream!
Eventually, defending my home becomes a lost cause, and my group heads off trying to get to safety and take out as many brain munchers as possible along the way. Unfortunately, members of my group are beginning to turn as well. One of these people is a little girl, who does a good job of playing normal, until she tries to attack my head, and I am forced to defend myself.
After a few more people become pasty and turn all "brainsssssssss!" the dream peters out, and I wake to find my house is in fact not crawling with Zombies, at least, none that I've seen so far :)

My brain has been plaguing me with baby dreams lately. First its the weird one where I find out I'm pregnant and going into labor within the space of a second. Then I'm in hospital holding this beautiful baby girl with a full head of dark hair....who I decide to name Emma Jane (as in Emma first, Jane as a middle name after my mother.....this dream was very detailed). The best bit, was when a planned Ober meet was moved to my ward so me and my hours old daughter wouldn't miss it. See, even in my dreams you guys are awesome! :P
This mornings dream still had the baby element, but this time I was at work trying to settle my tiny little baby and do my job at the same time. I have a strange feeling I had a similar dream to that about a week ago :-/
So yeah, babies galore, which is rather frustrating because you wake up and actually miss the not real but feels real dream baby. I really gotta escape the current baby boom going on around me, it's addling my brain! ::)
