A Redesign of Green Monkey Dreams

This competition is very similar to last year's Legendsong Cover Redesign Comp.

Let us dream for a moment, that the phenomenal Green Monkey Dreams is going back into print.
You have been commissioned to re-design the book cover - after all, it's been nearly 15 years since the book was first published, so the publishers are wanting to release it with a new face.

Use any of your own original artwork, or stock-image photographs to come up with a new cover (seeing as this is a speculative scenario and we're not using these images for anything besides the competition we should be okay to use stock images. Consult the licensing requirements of each individual stock-image website if you are unsure about whether to use a pic or not).

The competition is open from now, until the 31st December 2010. We're giving lots of time to come up with the best cover design possible, so get to it and have fun!

Judge: The winning cover will be determined by member forum poll. We'll attempt to do a similar feedback system as last time, too - sending the covers to Isobelle and Penguin for their thoughts on the final works.

If you have any questions about the competition, don't hesitate to ask in this thread. You don't necessarily have to have read the book to enter this competition. There is more information about Green Monkey Dreams here, and feel free to ask members any questions about the content of the stories in the thread listed above.
