The Moonfairies are feeling generous for this week's task and are offering to carry members a little further forward upon the successful completion of their task. Given the uniqueness of this task and the uber-power of the Moonfairies, each participant will earn 2 movement points for their task submission and the winner of this task will recive another 2 movement points - that's double the normal!
This is also your chance, newbies to the pilgrimage to catch up to the leaders!
Of course, that being said, it means that this task isn't going to be easy. I mean, you do know how big Moonfairies are compared to a puppy or kitten? Imagine what that'd be like carrying a person!
But not to worry, you can help your Moonfair carry you by providing some energy to the your Moonfairy. And that energy is best provided in the form of The Moonfair Cup.
Thus, your task is as follows:
Head over to the Steal the Moonfair Cup thread and bring out all your cunning and ninja |:| skills to be the last person holding the Moonfair cup by the prescribed time chosen by the Moonfairies.
Of course, the exact time and date will be a secret (otherwise, what stops everyone logging in at that time and just posting!). However, the time and date will be from now up until midnight ASET Saturday 26 September 2010, so during that time be sure that you are holding that cup!
Now - for the mystery to the elusive way to sign up for this week's challenge: in order to identify that you wish to be carried off with the Moonfairies participate in the 'Steal the Moonfair cup' thread and post the following two links in a post in the thread below your first post in the 'Steal the Moonfair cup' thread for this week's challenge!Remember, [u]you[//u] must be the traveller holding the cup in order to win this Challenge. If it's a non-participant that is holding the cup closest to the prescribed time chosen by the Moonfairies then the Moonfairies will determine the winner of this challnege by the particpant who is deemed to have been the most clever, funny and ingeneous in an attempt to get the Moonfair cup during the task week. Help the Moonfairs out by quote some of your favourite attempts of holding onto the cup here - and you may post as many as you like!
So be creative, competitive and get ahead of the other travellers!
Oh, and perhaps we should mention, if another participant is holding the cup, even if it's within your post, it is the other member who will have been deemed to be holding the cup - so be cautious!
