Hi!
Sadly I only have solutions for the Easy and Medium ones. Got those with minimal trouble, but I spent far too long on the hard and couldn't ever quite nut it out. Out of interest, I actually wrote some VBA code in Excel to work out the possible combinations for a few of the rows (ignoring the connecting rows)... And there were dozens! Dozens for each row! Erg :P. There may well be some trick to solving these, but no matter what pseudo-logic I applied, I couldn't quite get everything to match up. I was going to have a look again at a later time but never got back to it.
Anyway, just to let you know I appreciated your puzzles, even though I failed miserably, here's the first two squares:
8 1 6
2 4 9
3 7 5
4 15 11 8
2 9 6 10
7 16 13 3
12 14 5 1
Thanks :)

Medium was very challenging, and I didn't quite get to finish it (so I'll guess some of them)
4 15 ? ?
1 9 6 ?
7 16 13 3
? 14 10 ?
Don't think this is right, but worth a shot!
4 15 5 2
1 9 6 11
7 16 13 3
8 14 10 12
As for Hard, I made no progress, but I'll guess again, and miserably fail
