I love Ober Writers' meets.
estimated 3000 words today. I had the scene planted from the last meet so it was good to get into it. Needs a lot of fleshing out but the bones are there. Happy with today's progress.

I will keep going on my story, but I haven't had time to type any of it up yet. Damn real life (uni) getting in the way. Next study period I have two creative writing units so I'll definitely be writing, just not sure what. Leaving my story for the writeins.
HUZZAH, DEB! I think your success has been a huge inspiration this OberWri. And it doesn't matter too much if it's not yet typed, the point is that it's written and really that's the hard part.

Thanks Darga and Katie. Went to a three day Country Music festival in the Hunter Valley. Was awesome, except for the 22 odd hours spent in a car to get there and back. Wrote a poem and hopefully will be able to incorporate some of the adventure into my story.

Added 1000 words with a short story for my uni class.

The write-in turned out very productive for me with about 4000 words. Still doubt if I will make my target, but it is looking a lot better. :P
