You may be able to come back to it another time. Hopefully a new project will help get the words flowing :)
If you don't feel like writing a novel, Daniel, you could always write a handful of short stories, instead. They're just as productive :).
Yes, write what you want to write and what you need to write! And you never know, one day you'll be looking over that old story and you'll suddenly know exactly what to do in order to make it work.
268 new words on a different short story, still is SF (well I hope it is)
Nice work! It sounds like it's off to a flying start.
Good on you, Daniel! Keep those words rolling.
84 more words yesterday, slow and steady!

That's what wins the race.
Absolutely! Keep that story going.
Good work, Daniel. Keep it coming.
194 words on that story!
In other news I decided to tally up the blog words, which have made their way up to 11,000+ since December. I am considering including them in the tally of words, but perhaps at a reduced value, since they aren't super creative words (also to bump up my measly word count |:| ...)
Hmmm... Happy for you to tally blog post words, Daniel, but I'm afraid your story word count target must remain as it is :nods:. WE WANT YOUR FICTION!
Yes, we must have words. :nods:
Bring us your words!
Seriously, though, nice work on adding another couple of hundred words to you count. It's all adding up beautifully.

Congrats on that Daniel. moving alone nicely.
Nice big chunk of words for the day, Daniel :D
Milestone! Congratulations :D.
Thumbs up, Daniel. On a hot day, writing is really the only possible use of one's time.
Really? Cause writing is one of the last things I want to do on hot days?
Anyway, great work Daniel, getting a little more consistent.
shhh.... I'm trying to be motivating here :P
